Every piece of gear is either built to your dog's measurements or ready-made and shipped as-is. Because of that, custom and ready-made orders are handled differently.
Custom gear — anything built to your dog's measurements — is final sale. It's made specifically for your dog and can't be resold.
That said, it has to actually fit. Every custom order comes with a free fit-fix and adjustment guarantee: if something isn't sitting right once your dog has it on, contact us and we'll adjust it at no charge.
Ready-made products (anything you can add straight to cart and buy) are returnable within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the condition you received it.
