Free Gear Measurement Call

Before your call

To make the most of your video measurement call and ensure accurate measurements for your dog's gear, please have the following ready before your appointment:

• Flexible measuring tape — also known as a tailor's tape.
• A lick mat or similar distraction — to help keep your dog standing calmly and still while measurements are taken.
• A second person to assist — this is required for harness measurements that involve both the handler and the dog.
• Usual footwear and any orthotics or prosthetics — wear these during the call, as they can affect the fit and measurements of the harness.
• A fully grown dog — dogs must be fully grown before the measurement appointment to ensure accurate measurements and a proper fit.
• Their dog — your dog must be present for the measurement appointment.
